  • Glenn Kennedy started Operations in NSW
  • Strategic partnerships with Citrix, Autotask, Kaseya
  • Developing systems and processes for a fixed Managed Services solution. Starting with three customers, one 970 desktop, one 120 desktop and one 22 desktop client to test varying size companies based over the next few years to perfect the innovative model
2009
  • Added Victorian Operation
  • Implemented National Datacentre CoLocation and Hosted Multi-tenanted Services
  • Introduced Macquarie into our National DataCentre
2010
  • Microsoft Silver Partner
  • Strong growth drove us to completely revamp the support modules
  • Integrated the billing support modules
  • Introduced national bandwidth expansion that improved the engineering/desktop support ratio from the original 250:1  to 350:1
2011
  • Grew the company to 9000 desktops in next 12 months
  • Significant improvement due to the revamp in 2010 support ratio now at 620:1
  • Continued expansion into the education sector by taking on Carrick Education, one of Australia's largest national colleges
2012
  • Finetuning the business model to allow for the prospect of acquisitions
  • Went to market for various key personnel. Employed and put in place a number of senior roles
  • Restructured key roles to allow for scale in personnel
2013
  • October - acquired DownsMicroSystems in QLD
  • Strengthened relationships by becoming a HP Gold Partner/Telstra Silver. The growth of the group, providing us with following partnerships:
